Job Description

Job summary:

Responsible in leading retail claims daily operation process efficiently.
Job responsibility:

Ensure the daily operation process to be achieved and meeting the turnaround time set. Ensure the team's compliance to all regulations, controls and internal policies including audit. Resolve escalation case by the staff and/or exceptions that may arise from time to time by working with all relevant internal and external parties until resolved. Review of claim processes and recommend improvement to increase efficiency and productivity. Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department. Handling claims processing and payments. To handle & monitor all complaints from Insured, Regulatory Body and etc. Involved in ad-hoc project assigned from time-to-time. Additional task assigned as and when require.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM2,200.00 per month
