Job Description
Company : Jaguar Land Rover (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. . Process daily VOR and Rush order and ensure timely transmission via system. . Review stock ordering report and place order twice a month . Ensure all invoices are receipted as soon as possible in the system. . Ensure that there is no discrepancy between item supplied by supplier against invoices. . Ensure that quantity and price are correctly invoiced by Principal and to claim if there is any discrepancy . Balancing between stock availability against reducing risk of dead stock. . Ensure full and proper documentation submitted to Finance for accounting purposes. . Prepare and ensure payments are made on time to supplier to ensure smooth supply of parts. . Ensure proper registers are maintained for reports, document, claims and others as required by management on routine basis. . Monitor emergency VOR/Rush orders are placed for all the backorders and necessary follow up on all queries from customers and service department. . Monitor inter-branch transfer to and from all other branches. . Monitor all claims against principal, supplier and transporter and follow up accordingly. . Investigate Warehouse Report cases of shortages, excess, damages before making any system adjustment.
