Job Description

- Support in data mining for implementation of collection strategies to improve portfolio performance;
- Support day-to-day performance and productivity reports timely for Collections;
- To improvise or automate existing portfolio on high complexity level reporting to improve overall TAT effectively;
- Quality assurance of MIS data accuracy and timely exceptional escalation;
- Support in system implementation and enhancement, UAT and project-based task;
- Support MIS via effective back up to ensure uninterrupted delivery of services;
- Support ad-hoc tasks that assigned by the Collections;
- Able to work under pressure and deliver within TAT and deadlines;
- Possess good analytical and logical thinking process.
- Degree in Business Information System / Computer Science or equivalent;
- At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Data analytics and MIS reporting;
- Equipped with the skillset of Excel usage and function, SAS or SQL, Macro
