Our diverse and high-performing team comprises people from more than 60 nationalities, and we welcome all experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives.We are looking for a highly driven and motivated Executive, Picker Operations to join our fast-growing Marketplace team based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background and be responsible for managing picker operations for selected supermarket vendors on foodpanda shops (Marketplace), ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.As a key member of the team, you will act as the advocate between our pickers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication. Additionally, you will optimise picker performance by multitasking effectively, resolving operational challenges, and continuously enhancing vendor partnerships.Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage job posting, screening & training of new picker staff.
• Schedule management to ensure high shift take up rates.
• Monitor compliance metrics to ensure operational excellence and intervene to improve processes when necessary.
• Work with different teams in the company (Account Management, Logistics etc.) to enable good operations and customer experience.
• Troubleshoot foodpanda device and other technical issues.
• Implement operational improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree holder from any relevant field of study with no min. years of working experience
• Able to effectively manage & influence an operational workforce
• Must have a technical background or interest and be able to learn to use different systems and tools quickly
• Knowledge of the internet and e-commerce business - background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments preferred
• Fluency in English (our corporate language), Bahasa Melayu and great communication skills.
• High motivation and excellent team player
