Job Description
Prepare and issue quotation for both new and exiting customers including local sales and overseas agents.
Assist in managing vendor relationships including service rates and performance standards across shipping lines, co-loaders, transporters, project cargo handlers, fumigation services, customs clearance and cross border trucking.
Monitor and ensure service levels and customer service performance are consistently maintained.
Support initiatives to improve manpower competency and system effectiveness.
Contribute to business development efforts and overall company growth.
Requirements
At least 2 years of professional experience in the forwarding or shipping industry. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or an equivalent field. Ability to identify key areas for improving operational efficiency. Capability to foster team participation and collaboration.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
