Plan and executive delivery activities according to requirements. Plan and executive packaging activities according to requirements. Monitor inventory level and ensure delivery is on FIFO basis. Monitor to ensure the packaging and delivery activities adhere to SOP, Safety Rules and Regulations. Organize work schedule for packaging and delivery crews. Organize training program for packaging and delivery crews. Daily work reporting.
