Job Description

Position: Executive, Programme Development and Performance (PDP) Tenure: 6 Months Salary: RM 3000 + RM 300 (Allowances) + Overtime Working Location: Kuala Lumpur s: Support the Vice President of PDP to design, develop, launch and evaluate programmes and to ensure the implementation of overall programme framework is within the timeline and budget. Participate in a business case study to support the development of the programme framework Assist Vice President in preparing annual budget and recalibration for assigned programmes Participate in procurement activities to identify programme vendors Review operations design details provided by vendor and prepare relevant documentations building towards contract or Letter of Undertaking (LOU) and Surat Setuju Terima (S-ST) Support and monitor programme outreach activities to create and increase programme awareness Monitor and track the performance of the assigned programmes and conduct periodical review with the operations team to ensure programmes meet the intended outcome Maintain engagement with related stakeholders for programme planning and support to ensure achieving programme intended outcome Prepare SOP and guidelines related to programmes and support identified risk prevention related activities to align with Risk Action Plan (RAP) Analyse and evaluate programme outcome to support Vice President in programme improvements and lesson learn. Job Requirements: Degree/Master in Business Administration or any equivalent. Minimum of 6 months related working experience is preferred. Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysi both written & spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
