POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Assist on technical aspects of projects including reviewing design, authorities liaison, construction coordination and monitoring and contract administration.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Assist in reviewing design proposal by consultant/contractor.
- Perform technical inspection and verification of the quality of work during construction and post-construction.
- Ensure clear timely liaison with the relevant personnel involved in the inspection, verification, rectification works engaged by company to ensure effective execution of job briefs.
- Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by Management.
- Accountable to comply to the approved QMS, occupational safety, health and environment standards towards meeting clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations and fulfilling regulatory requirements.
- To ensure the undertaken projects are completed within the predetermined time, cost and quality concurrently with the ongoing changes, requests and requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Multi-tasked
- Able to work in a team
Unique Requirement
- Registered with BEM
- Degree with CGPA > 3.0 and minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Recognised Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent
