Working for one of the Must-Wins for Mercedes-Benz Mobility, you will be responsible for subprojects and a wide range of exciting tasks with a considerable impact on the entire organization.
Your tasks will be:
- Planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling office and project activities with a view to achieve business objectives including drafting notes, minutes, correspondence, general administrative support and necessary follow-up;
- Support the project monitoring and tracking of activities including compiling and reviewing project metrics with use of JIRA, Ms team, shared point, Mural, necessary project tool, etc.
- Design and prepare presentation in support of project needs and develop/maintain project related databases and reports;
- Design and support coordination meetings, office events, and scrum ceremonies i.e. daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint backlog refinement, sprint retrospective,etc.
(Physical, Online, Virtual or Hybrid mode of meeting)
- Work closely with the local/global project team, local/market SMEs, and consultant; identify, mitigate, highlight and resolve issues related to the project.
- Contribute to the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of office/project communication and visibility activities.

What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or administration, Banking/Finance, Engineering or a related field
- Candidate with CAPM or PMP certification would have the advantage
- Technical Knowledge : \xc2\xb7 Project Management
\xc2\xb7 Stakeholder management
\xc2\xb7 Process Management
\xc2\xb7 Familiar with MS Office application

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with Project tool i.e. MS project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Familiar with Agile,Scrum or SaFe methodology

- Work experience: at least 3 years of experience in project management/office management
- Industry experience : Shared Service Center/Financial Services/Banking/Consulting
Personal skills:
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in English language (Oral & Written), Proficiency in Asian languages would be an advantage
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, driven individual with high energy, initiative, achievement focus and accountability
\xc2\xb7 Ability to coordinate issues with stakeholders at different management levels
\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
\xc2\xb7 Well-developed organisational skills
\xc2\xb7 Good presentation skills
\xc2\xb7 Excellent team-working ability as well as ability to work independently
