POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Strengthen and facilitate the best practises for project and transformation management in MA Sepang

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Maintain strategic management dashboard / tool for monitoring and reporting of strategic projects Act as a source of documentation, guidance and metrics on practice of project management and execution Maintain close communication and coordination on projects and transformation approach with the central team of other divisions Evaluate and improve the efficiency of internal department processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output

Obtaining updated data related to project progress under MA Sepang Managing senior level management expectation in terms of monitoring and reporting Standardizing project and transformation management methodology (template, approach, process and etc)

Skills

----------


Prior experience in project management software Certified in project management methodology (MSP, PRINCE2,PMP and etc) Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret and synthesise data for reporting and decision-making. Proficient in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Power Apps, with the ability to build dashboards, automate workflows, and develop data-driven solutions. Strong solutioning ability, able to translate operational problems into practical system-based solutions using Google Sheets formulas, Looker Studio reporting, and Power Apps applications. Lean Six Sigma knowledge; preferably trained or certified (Yellow Belt/Green Belt) with experience applying process improvement tools and methodologies. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal) with employees at all levels Able to collaborate, influence, and work with stakeholders across different levels to ensure timely completion of deliverables within allocated resources. Meticulous, detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work independently, and willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
