Main Responsibilities 1. To put non-conformity products on-hold. 2. As Food Safety Management System team member and internal auditor for flour and feed division to ensure quality products for food safety performance. 3. As document controllers for flour and feed division. 4. To support audit activities by government sector, certification bodies, customers, and suppliers. 5. To monitor product food safety through preparing samples and arrange external lab testing and analysis testing results. This includes work closely with external laboratories to ensure satisfactory completion of testing and arrange retest or resample if out of specification. 6. Schedule for calibration or verification for lab equipment. Verify the calibration or the preventive maintenance done and ensure the availability of the required measuring equipment. 7. Communicate closely with production and warehouse regarding acceptance, rejection and disposition of raw materials, work in progress products and finished products. Response immediate to lab technicians\' feedback n the samples received from production. Take appropriative corrective actions on identified problems. 8. Assist in promoting food safety culture and as the PIC in food safety suggestions program. Job Requirements 1. Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Food Technology/Science or others food-related qualification. 2. Familiar with GMP, HACCP and FSSC 22000 and/or other Food Safety Management System standards. 3. Familiar with Food Act and Regulation Malaysia. 4. Attended Food Handlers Training Course. 5. Microsoft Office skill. Location Prai, Penang. .
