Job Description

We're seeking an

Executive, Quality Control Inspector

to play a pivotal role in ensuring our products consistently meet established quality standards and specifications. This position involves conducting inspections, implementing quality control procedures, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality-related issue.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and tests on products to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards. Develop and enforce quality control procedures to ensure compliance with established standards. Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits. Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints; recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Work closely with Production, R&D, Procurement, Sales, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues. Maintain accurate records and improve documentation of Quality Management Systems (QMS), inspections, tests, and other quality control activities. Prepare reports on quality metrics, trends, and performance for the Management review.

Job Requirements:

SPM, Diploma or Bachelor degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a quality control position within a manufacturing environment. Open for fresh graduate. Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and Microsoft Office Tools. Basic knowledge of QC activities, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC). Strong attention to detail, with the ability to perform visual / dimensional inspections as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
