1. Recruitment & Selection
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Conduct pre-screening interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate interview sessions and provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain an effective recruitment database and track recruitment status regularly.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Manage onboarding preparation in coordination with relevant departments.
2. Projects & Initiatives
Lead recruitment-related projects assigned by the department or initiated based on identified needs.
Drive initiatives aimed at improving recruitment effectiveness, process efficiency, employer branding, and candidate experience.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful planning and execution of recruitment initiatives.
Monitor project progress, evaluate impact, and prepare reports or presentations for management review.

Pay: Up to RM60,000.00 per year
