Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

To manage the full spectrum of recruitment processes for the dialysis business, including job advertisement postings, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and final selection. Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to fill positions within dialysis centres. To prepare all related recruitment and pre-onboarding documents such as Appointment Letters, Pre-employment Check-Up Letters, Transfer Letters, and any other staffing-related letters specific to the dialysis business. To ensure quality and timely hires through a structured and creative recruitment process, including manpower planning and recruitment strategies tailored to support the rapid growth of the dialysis operations. To lead and collaborate with recruiters on recruitment strategies, and coordinate with Heads of Departments for all recruitment initiatives such as walk-in interviews, career fairs, career talks, and collaborations with recruitment agencies and educational institutions, specifically for the dialysis business.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, training, and industrial relations activities, preferably in healthcare or dialysis-related operations. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices. Proactive, resourceful, with a sense of urgency, and able to manage own portfolio independently with minimal supervision. Immediate availability is preferable. Legal background is an added advantage, particularly in handling industrial relations, compliance, and disciplinary matters within a healthcare/dialysis setting.
