The Executive, Remittance Centralized Unit will play a crucial role in facilitating international money transfers for our customers and be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions while adhering to regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Centralized Operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service by addressing the inquiries and resolving the issues promptly.
Assist customers in understanding remittance processes, fees, and exchange rates while educating them on available options/channels.
2. Transaction ProcessingProcess remittance transactions accurately include verifying customer identification, collecting necessary documentation, monitoring transaction status for customer updates and ensuring its compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements .
