Job Description

• Assist in the implementation of analytics and reporting initiatives to support performance tracking for Takaful Malaysia.
• Support alignment of reporting outputs with business objectives and regulatory expectations as guided by the Manager.

2) Dashboard Development & Reporting:

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Ensure timely and accurate data input, visualization updates, and consistency across dashboards and reports for both entities.

3) Data Analysis & Insights:

• Conduct descriptive analysis to identify performance trends and support the generation of insights for business users.
• Assist in preparing reports and insights presentations to support strategic decision-making across departments.

4) Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, to gather reporting requirements and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
• Support cross-functional initiatives by providing relevant data and insights in coordination with the Manager.

5) Process & Quality Assurance:

• Help maintain data quality and integrity by following established data governance processes.
• Document reporting processes and support continuous improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

6) Learning & Development:

• Stay abreast of data analytics tools, best practices, and industry trends to enhance personal contribution.
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team to build analytics capabilities.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, dashboard management, or a related role.
• Experience in handling analytics and reporting for both Family Takaful (Keluarga) and General Takaful (Am) is a strong advantage.
