Job Description
Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify potential sites & negotiate with respective landlord in line with company\'s expansion plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise and negotiate tenancy renewals with landlords. \xe2\x80\xa2 To follow through with all procedures & documentation related to department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any others Ad Hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Commerce, real Estate, Property Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates must have the knowledge in Tenancy Agreement. * Candidates must have good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. * Possess own transport and willing to travel
