Job Description

Lead technical assessments during pre-tenancy stages, including verification of available load, riser capacity, ventilation provisions, and compliance with building standards. Review and approve tenants' design submissions such as layout plans, M&E drawings, schematic diagrams, load schedules, and method statements prior to work commencement. Oversee site coordination meetings with tenants, contractors and consultants to resolve design conflicts, sequencing issues and technical constraints. Supervise and validate testing and commissioning for all new fit-out M&E systems, ensuring all performance tests, certifications and documentation are completed before handover. Manage defect inspections, issue non-compliance reports (NCR) and ensure rectification works are completed within agreed timelines. Maintain up-to-date records, including as-built drawings, equipment data sheets, O&M manuals, warranties and handover documentation. Develop and enforce fit-out guidelines, M&E standards and SOPs to ensure consistency and control across all tenancies. Coordinate with operations, facilities management and security teams to minimize service interruptions during tenant works. Ensure all tenant works adhere to mall operation rules, working hours regulations and environmental requirements.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Construction or related field. 1-2 years experience in fit-out, M&E coordination or building operations. Able to read basic layout plans and M&E drawings. Good coordination skills with tenants, contractors and internal teams. Detail-oriented, proactive and able to handle site issues
