Job Summary

The Executive, Sales Administration Support assists the day-to-day Finance related operations of all retail businesses, back ends.


General Responsibilities

Financial Operations Support

  • Coordinates reclass balances from suspense account to customer account.
  • To monitor and keep AR Ageing report up to date.
  • Analyze customers\xe2\x80\x99 payment performance and check for potential credit risks to mitigate potential payment defaults.
  • Analyze and follow up on monthly claims submission for the clients.
  • Follow up on the payments from internal stakeholders to ensure the daily sales are smooth without blockages.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customers on collections and reconciliation of balances accurary and timely recovery of payments
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in monitoring collections (e.g. days sales outstanding, monthly collection targets, etc.) and resolving customer payment issues.
  • Think holistically about operations performance to identify business opportunities to better support digital business.
  • Engage business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, prioritize, validate, document, and communicate standard operation procedures.
  • Perform assessments and analysis on existing data ecosystems to identify, propose and implement solutions to enhance quality, consistency, efficiency.



Functional Skills and Knowledge
  • Proficient Microsoft excel and word skills
  • Plus, point if familiar with using SAP
  • Good finance and account knowledge and hands-on experience on business process design, process architecture, and process levels
  • Ability to multitask, to prioritize them and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills with strong personal skills. and communicate clear and concisely
  • Act as a go-to problem solving for all AR issues and be the bridge between the team and Credit Control team upon any issues and filing Agile in implementing fast-paced online environment onto DKSH
  • To be able to be a role model and lead the operational finance team by example
  • Demonstrate ability to work and collaborate in a team
  • Proactive, responsible, organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong in critical thinking skills
  • Fluent written & verbal communication skills in English
  • Good problem solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to work in a regional matrix and with stakeholders on a variety of levels, enforcing standards and guidelines



Education

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.


Work Experience
  • Prior experience in a company known for FMCG operations related or doing operation finance to a logistic company is a strong plus.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in a similar roles.
