Conduct product or service presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, and facilitate the completion of the sales process. Maintain accurate client and sales records in a CRM system.
Research industry trends and market behavior to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
Analyze sales performance, generate sales forecasts, and submit reports to management.
Work with internal teams (such as marketing and customer support) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Undertake any ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Have strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport and presenting effectively.
Able to negotiate terms to create mutually beneficial agreements.
Possessed problem-solving skill in addressing and resolving client concerns and issues.
Able to manage a diverse workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using CRM software to manage client information and track sales progress.
Possessed a positive attitude, be presentable and having self-assurance to overcome challenging customers and closing deals.
