Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends Present and promote products/services to prospective clients in-person Explore market opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required

Requirements

Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (1-3 years preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with CRM software and basic reporting tools Own transport and willingness to travel extensively. Based in Puncak Alam.

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
