Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the petrochemical or related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share for our petrochemical products.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities both locally and globally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns, including digital marketing efforts.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
