Responsibilities :

Attend to all Sales enquiries through telephone, website and walk in customers Implement the Sales execution and its marketing strategies Organise, follow up and monitor the completion of Sales transaction up to SPA signed and application / approval of loan Follow up and liaising with purchasers, lawyers and bankers and checking of all related documents in order to ensure the flow of various inter-related processes are smooth Ensure that all works assigned are carried out diligently and timely to meet deadlines
Requirements :-

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent. Required language(s): Chinese, English At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Property / Real Estate industry.o Customer Service & result orientated. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, dynamic and a team player.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
