Job Description

Achieve sales and service objectives by planning, executing, and reviewing campaigns and initiatives within the approved budgets, aligned with both Principal and Management expectations.

Develop monthly sales forecasts and prepare materials for HOD/AD quarterly review meetings.

Drive monthly or quarterly sales campaigns, including proposal preparation and memo approvals.

Manage and monitor budget utilization for all projects to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.

Prepare proposals, approval papers, presentation slides, and post-mortem reports for management review.

Analyze and plan yearly sales targets; assist in preparing the Annual Marketing Plan (AMP), Strategic Initiatives (SI) updates, and Operational KPIs.

Measure, track, and analyze sales and service performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Review used car pricing and prepare management approval papers for demo car disposal.

Participate in strategic planning sessions with operations PICs on a monthly basis.

Coordinate with relevant departments on car ordering activities and prepare the monthly Stock Plan for management approval.

Develop and implement dealer strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Prepare and share necessary reports with management and relevant PICs as required.

Process sales incentives and commissions in a timely and accurate manner.

Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and other duties as assigned by superiors.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
