Job Description

Mewah Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the

Tawau , Sandakan and surrounding southern Sabah area.

This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in dairy products. The Sales Executive will work closely with Sales Managers to identify new business opportunities and enhance our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated areas.

Sales Expansion:

Expand current sales and distribution points through diligent fieldwork with appointed wholesalers and distributors, targeting new outlets and conversions.

Account Management:

Identify, develop, and maintain existing and new accounts, ensuring high service levels at all times.

Target Achievement:

Ensure monthly sales and distribution targets are met through effective servicing of outlets in accordance with the route plan.

Collection Adherence:

Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for collection adherence.

Stock Management:

Ensure stock rotation on a First-in, First-out basis.

Market Returns:

Adhere to company SOP for market returns.

Market Analysis:

Provide guidance to outlets by analyzing business developments and market trends, focusing on optimal pricing and product display.

Promotional Coordination:

Coordinate promotional activities with outlets to mutually enhance sales and profit.

Competitor Analysis:

Compile monthly lists of own and competitor pricing and promotional activities, providing feedback to management on market dynamics.

Reporting:

Submit Daily and Monthly Sales reports in a timely manner as part of the Sales Department requirements.

Additional Projects:

Participate in any other sales or marketing projects as required by management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the designated area.
