We are looking for a result driven candidate to join our dynamic team as Security Executive and reporting to Associate Manager. You will be part of the young agile team at our state of the art e-commerce fulfillment center in Shah Alam.

You will be in charge of security duties. You will be empowered to innovate and come up with out of the box solutions. You will be supporting the operations by looking after our fulfillment of security operations. Last but not least that you will be responsible to drive our security service provider towards continuous improvement (KAIZEN) culture!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures and programs to ensure a secure environment for employees, visitors and contractors.
• To schedule the duty rosters of the security personnel (UAG) for shift work and monitor their deployment to meet the operational needs on a daily basis and big sales events.
• To help lead and train all security guards to ensure good self-discipline and all Security Standard Operating Procedures are always complied to.
• To conduct daily briefing and communication to all security personnel to ensure security matters are immediately updated and resolved.
• Responsible for assisting organizations to develop, maintain and continually improve the TAPA FSR Certification system.
• Conduct security investigations for a purposes to prepare a detailed report with correction and corrective actions pertaining to losses, thefts, damages and compliance violations
• Analyze and inspect the warehouse security conditions to identify and address potential security risks that will impact the organization, employees and visitors.
• To make recommendations regarding security issues at the fulfillment center by conducting security risk assessment and security audits
• Responsible for the efficient overall day-to-day operation on security systems (security alarm system, CCTV, IDS, Motion Sensors etc.)
• To execute emergency response plans when required.
• Carry out any other instructions from the employer or any person in charge of the place of work on any matters pertaining to security or other company related matters.
