Anticipate and consistently assess security situations, scenarios and challenges pertaining to security threats that could impact PETRONAS operations.
Identify and evaluate security risk trends forecast and contingency plans which includes crisis/emergency/evacuation/disaster management by providing advice pertaining to potential security impact and threats in line with Security Standards Operating Procedures and Policies to mitigate the risk.
Establish, maintain and manage close working relationship and networking with relevant Government agencies such as Police, Bomba, Marine Department, Navy, Drug Enforcement Agencies, local council authorities.
Conduct overt and covert investigations on malpractices, corruption, fraud, non-compliance to company\'s policies and procedures, abuse of power, infringement to code of conduct/ethics etc within the area of coverage / regions in line with security policies, procedures and guidelines to protect and safeguard PETRONAS investments, employees and stakeholders.
Design, develop and implement security risk awareness plans and programs to educate OPUs staff as well as to ensure they constantly practice security and safety precautionary measures.
Conduct site visit at plant, depot and jetty to ensure storage, shipping and production activities are not interrupted.
Qualification:
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
Requirement:
Having at least 10 years of relevant experiences
Must possess with good PR and presentation skill
Knowledgeable of government procedures on gazette area and key point categorization
Knowledgeable on TARA (Threat Assessment and Risk Analysis)
Must have a pleasant character and be presentable
Those from Government agencies such as army, police and etc will have an added advantage
