SALARY RANGE : MYR 4,240 - MYR 6360

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

Implement the Security Management System (SeMS) in line with Teleport\xe2\x80\x99s Security Policy

Conduct risk assessment / mapping of security gaps

Conduct assessment on segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts

Conduct investigations on security incidents and fraudulent activity

Oversee physical aspects of security

Oversee system aspects of security

Oversee access control and system access

Develop and implement preventative measures against security incidents, thefts and other risks

Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures

Overall responsibility for implementation of security programs and plans

SKILLS

These are minimum skills requirements and a \xe2\x80\x98must-have\xe2\x80\x99 for the role:

Strong people management skills, with ability to motivate and drive outcomes

Ability to collaborate internally with cross-functional teams

Results and performance driven, preferring data to drive your everyday decisions

Possess a hands-on mentality and an analytical and structured way of working

Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organisation to scale quickly

Self-motivated with a focus to exceed set goals

Comfortable adapting to new technologies

Open to travelling across Southeast Asia

These are skills that are \xe2\x80\x98nice-to-have\xe2\x80\x99 and will make you stand-out in the job application:

Experience in logistics security

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Tertiary education

5+ years working experience, predominantly in a security management role
