Job Purpose:
Assist to determine the adequacy of the system of internal controls to achieve established objectives.
Assist to identify and assess key risks and evaluate key controls to improve the effectiveness of the Company's governance, risk management and control processes.
Assist to assess and provide recommendations to improve on the operations of the Company.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist in conducting risk-based auditing from planning, fieldwork to reporting, covering various areas of business and IT general controls in line with the annual audit plan.
Assist in developing comprehensive, practical audit programs to appraise effectiveness of business/IT processes and assess compliance with applicable laws, rules & regulations and company policies & procedures.
Assist in executing corporate-wide communication plans to promote good corporate governance, risk management and internal control practices.
Assist in preparing comprehensive written audit reports and communicate recommendations, expressing opinions on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system.
Ensure proper documentation on work-papers and the audit procedures performed.
Assist to review and perform follow-up to ascertain implementation of recommendations.
Assist in Audit Committee meetings presentations/paper preparations in consultation with Head of Internal Audit.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit analytical capabilities and capacities as well as quality assurance program.
Other related work / assignments delegated by superior or Head of Internal Audit.
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Computer Science or IT-related discipline or relevant professional qualification.
Minimum 1 year related experience/ Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
High level of integrity, commitment, initiative, resourcefulness and is a team player.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels.
Able to multi-tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment, proactive and meticulous.
Willingness to undertake travel as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
