About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical

Executive / Senior Executive

to join our Project Planning & Execution team. This role focuses on enhancing Buy/Sell planning operations through system automation, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvement. You will be part of a team dedicated to achieving higher efficiency and performance through digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot application and system issues effectively. Generate, analyze, and maintain operational reports. Act as an expert in Business Operating Systems and Automation Solutions design. Provide innovative solutions to improve business operations and productivity. Participate in global enhancement discussions with overseas teams. Lead and support the operations team to achieve effective and efficient performance. Develop and maintain automation tools and systems (RPA, Power Automate, etc.). Conduct system monitoring, error handling, and master data maintenance. Implement PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles for continuous improvement. Research and recommend new tools and technologies to support business needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in

application support

and

system troubleshooting

. Strong

analytical and logical thinking

skills. Excellent

planning and reporting

capabilities. Hands-on experience with

automation tools

such as:

RPA (UiPath)

Power Automate

Power BI

Knowledge in

solution design architecture

and

IT support solutions

. Proficient in

English and Malay

, both written and spoken.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
