About the job:
ProductNation is a product recommendation-review site aimed at helping consumers navigate through the sea of options when shopping online and find the right product for the right price. We serve several key verticals, which include (but not limited to) consumer electronics, skincare and home appliances.
As such, we are seeking a full-time SEO strategist to help support our content strategy and optimization efforts.
You will be required to use your knowledge of keyword research and link-building opportunities to increase organic traffic and the domain ranking of our media.
As our presence grows in terms of audience and business, this role requires a strong analytical skill, determination and passion for research to help propel our business forward.
Your responsibilities:
- Keyword research to optimize existing content and discover new opportunities for content
- Outreaching to relevant parties to build backlinks
- Discover new content and partnership opportunities to increase search presence through keyword research and trend
- Coordinating campaigns with editors to create content for link building
- Strategize the creation of content for editors based on research
- Monitoring the search position (SERP) for keywords that we are ranking for
- Are eager and passionate about researching
- Think outside of the box and are creative
- Have experienced with SEO tools (ahrefs) is a plus
- Understanding the fundamentals of SEO
