JOB DESCRIPTION

Implement operation and project plans to improve and track work processes in compliance with organisational requirements Ensure all operations activities and project assignment are conducted in compliance with relevant HSSE and operating standards Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve operations Report on inspected equipment and/or facilities to ensure optimal functioning Implement and/or initiate maintenance schedules of all appropriate tools and equipment Keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal and external service providers Prepare regular reports, perform audit on various operations and evaluate processes as per company requirements Candidate is expected to have excellent business and technical report writing skills to fulfil daily routine and job requirements. Provide support and join improvement-based methods Developing, maintaining, and enhancing the relationships with third parties/companies/associates Monitor all administrative functions as per requirement Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENT

Technical Degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Marine Engineering) (any) Preferably at least 2 years' experience in related logistics and marine services fields Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge in electrical, mechanical and other systems Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Must be competent in basic IT skills such as Office and Email Must be able to embrace new technology with the aim of efficiency Adaptability, professionalism and, positive attitude and show willingness to learn Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime Teamwork mentality, proactive and assertive Organizational efficiency with strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to build and maintain successful relationships Possess own transport
