JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting daily content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Create engaging captions, photos, and short-form videos that align with the brand's tone and audience. Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions promptly. Support in organizing photoshoots, video shoots, and event coverage. Keep track of current trends, viral content, and relevant hashtags to inspire creative ideas. Prepare simple social media performance reports (followers, engagement rate, reach, etc.). Coordinate with designers, videographers, influencers, or agencies when necessary.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Entry-level or Junior position (Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply). Passionate about social media, storytelling, and content creation. Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools. Creative, fast learner, detail-oriented, and proactive. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic photography/videography and video editing skills are an advantage. Experience in paid advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) is an advantage. Comfortable appearing on camera for short videos or live content.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
