Executive/ Sr. Executive - Employee Information and Data Analytics (HR)

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for efficiently collecting, processing, analyzing and reporting accurate employee information that is integrated with other systems for ease of decision-making.
• Provide report, recommendation, and solutions based on employee data management and analysis.
• Prepares and/or supervises statistical summaries and special reports from HR involving skills, pay grade, performance data, payroll information, and other employee records.
• Project management across HR divisions.
• Assist to enquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies (such as government departments or insurers) about individual and organisation-wide human resource information, without compromising the organisation\'s standards of privacy and confidentiality.
• Support other HR Services Functions.
• The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Professional competencies

• Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Business Statistics, or related field.
• At least 2 years\' work experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in Macro function and Power BI would be ideal.
• Experience in preparing and presenting data effectively to business stakeholders by using PowerPoint, dashboard or other methods.
• Experience in HR-related data analysis, and familiarity with using HR systems (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors) is an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in database management and SQL Query.
• Work experience in HR, and familiarity with HR processes is an advantage.
