Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.
• Determine manufacturing processes and calculate machine and operator loads.
• The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Professional competencies

• Highly experience in handling measuring/inspection devices such as digital caliper, profile projector & microscope.
• High ability to read and interpret the technical drawing (part drawing), well versed in the measurement tolerances and standards, such as DIN ISO 2768 & ISO 14405.
• Good communication and soft skills to deal with other department involved (customer).
• Being familiar (handle the department or operate) CNC milling machine.
• Experience in Quality Analysis or Quality Management.
• Preferably in having experience on people management and project management.
