Job Description

• Manage and monitor warehouse operations and warehouses to ensure overall efficient and effective operations during the shift operation, odd hours operation; and normal operation hours.
• Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient allocation of resources, where applicable.
• Develop and enhance warehouse & store strategies, policies, and processes to optimize warehouse capacity, enhance productivity and minimize costs.
• Manage the warehouse & store operations to achieve the organizational goals of \xe2\x80\x9con time in full and good condition\xe2\x80\x9d delivery of customer orders.
• Plan and manage the allocation of manpower resources based on business needs to ensure efficient warehouse & store operations.
• Monitor the availability and reliability of infrastructure and equipment to minimize downtime, and resolve problems/breakdowns immediately.
• Monitor and identify operational cost drivers, establish business controls, and provide solutions to reduce costs and increase revenue.
• Monitor warehouse & store operations to ensure the warehouse is in compliance with quality management system, and local regulations.
• Manage quality control measures/procedures to ensure the accuracy of stocks/inventory and prevent damages in goods whether in storage or transit.
• Manage root cause analysis and establish corrective actions on stock holding, product quality, and trade fulfilment Build effective business relationships with suppliers, customers, government agencies, and service providers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Production etc.) to develop existing and new businesses to maximize utilization of the warehouse Drive operation to optimize level and deliver the result/ Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness at all times.
• Work closely with manager/superior on day-to-day operations, ensuring all tasks/assignments/project completion within the timeline.
• To ensure and strengthen Kanban system implementation follow the schedule.
• Maintenance of ZERO accidents for Warehouse operation.
• To ensure 5S maintain/ no pending.
• To ensure reduced Warehouse error for delivery to production (wrong/mixed parts)
• To participate in internal and external audit meetings.
• Prepared monthly/annual inventory/cycle count (physical counting report)

Reporting To: Head of Department, Warehouse & Logistics.Requirement:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or a related field.
• Minimum five to eight years experience in a similar role or in a managerial capacity or/and team lead in managing the operation from Manufacturing, Semiconductor, and Electronic.
• Proven hands-on experience in warehousing, inventory management, and pick and pack functions Demonstrate a strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment.
• Experience & Knowledge using WMS, SAP, or S4 Hana, MES, OCR, and strong command of MS Excel and Pivot Table. IT knowledge are advantage.
• Experienced and know-how in cost efficiency/reduction and productivity improvement initiatives of the warehouse & store.
• Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Fluent in English.
• Experienced and know-how in cost efficiency/reduction and productivity improvement initiatives of the warehouse & store.

• Applicant must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
