Determine manufacturing processes and calculate machine and operator loads. The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time. Professional competencies Able to read the 2D and 3D drawing. Able to explain the specification and mechanical drawing. Experience in managing a group of production supervisor and executive. (140-190 Headcounts). Result oriented in term production KPI delivery such as Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & yield. Good critical thinking process. Experience in talent & succession planning. Fluent Spoken and writing Bahasa Malaysia and English. Preferably having relevant experience in production - Medical - manual process which involve Fitting, Milling, drilling and adjusting process. Good knowledge in lean manufacturing and agile manufacturing concept. Preferably having experience in setup KPI, policy and standard workflow. Personal competencies Execute efficiently.
