Key Accountabilities: Identify and analyze the training needs of employers and industries that improve the company productivity. Prepare proposal/ concept paper of the industries outreach activities which include objective of the event, venue, date, tentative agenda, target employers/ industries and estimated budget. Engage with the key clients, customers, and stakeholders from the industries to establish strategic collaboration. Execute and coordinate programme for industries in providing knowledge and understanding to drive the training culture. Provide advisory to registered employers/ focus industries related to retraining and skills upgrading of the workforce. Conduct engagement session, visit, and provide advisory to the registered employers/ focus industries pertaining issues related to guidelines and procedures under all schemes of HRD Corp to ensure maximized levy utilization. Provide advisory to potential liable employers/ associations to register under PSMB Act 2001. Execute the verification visits for training and levy. Undertake other such reasonable duties required by the Management. Engage with potential employers and employers\' association for better understanding of HRD Corp function and rules. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in any field. Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing and reading) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Related working experience would be an added advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills Good computer skills that include the use of MS Office. A client-oriented approach, high sense of responsibility, courtesy, tact, and the ability to work with people from different nationalities and cultural background. Candidate must be willing to work in Regional Branch Office at Terengganu (Temporarily will be based in Kuantan, Pahang).
