: To develop strategic business insights through complex data analysis and liaise with cross-functional teams to implement strategy. This position is open in the Bintulu and Miri regions, overseeing strategic planning at the regional level and addressing the respective needs of the Group. Job Success Factors: Strategic Planning: Take charge of strategic facilitations for proposals across various sectors, including building, infrastructure, oil & gas, power, and new ventures. Additionally, provide advisory guidance on market strategies and organizational. Strategic Communications : To produce content for a variety of platforms, including internal and external communications, speeches, press releases, contributed articles, presentations, newsletters, dashboards, portals, and websites. Stakeholders Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting cross-functional collaboration within the company\'s ecosystem. Actively engage in consumer research, analytics, and strategic discussions to ensure alignment with the company\'s goals and a creative, locally focused approach. Market Intelligence & Reporting: To provide market intelligence (qualitative and quantitative analyses) on potential business, clients, competitors; craft recommendations, turn dry facts and figures into compelling and actionable information. General: Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the immediate superior and the Management of Naim Group from time to time. Requirements: Degree in Business, Economic or equivalent Strong leadership qualities including business acumen, adaptability, efficiency as well as analytical, strategic, and effective communication skills.
