Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

• Actively engage and collaborate with the Business users in providing advisory on strategic sourcing related to RFQ/Tender requirements and processes.
• Implementation of EESG : Economic, Environmental, Social & Governance which involves Cost Savings, digitalization, ecologically friendly materials, a hybrid of centralized with decentralized procurement model and establishment of policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct Strategic Sourcing for all procurement activities (excluding the exclusion list) based on the Purchase Requisition (PR) ensuring the TAT has been met and proper governance process is in place.
• Strategically conduct all RFx to drive cost efficiency.
• Manage the strategic sourcing process from end to end ensuring that cost savings targets are met yearly.
• Provide advisory related to the sourcing process as per MO-108 manual.
• Assist Business users with the PR process related to the system.
• Conduct the \'Buyer\' processes in the system, including the following: \xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintain the item master list \xe2\x9e\xa2 Generate Purchase Order (PO) based on Purchase Requisition \xe2\x9e\xa2 Perform receiving upon receipt of Invoice / Delivery order.
• Communicate with Business users/IT on any problem related to PR and PO process.
• Review and provide recommendations on the procurement process and procedure within the Bank to achieve service improvement.

QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Finance, Banking, or other related disciplines.
• Relevant Experience Required. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in an executive position preferably in a banking and Procurement environment.
