Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Diploma required; degree and additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
