Key Responsibilities:

Product Support: Assist customers inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

Communication: Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer calls.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in service delivery.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above. Required language(s):

English, Bahasa Malaysia (spoken)
