What You'll Do:
Assist Customers and Engineers:
Diagnose and resolve technical or service-related issues for our customers through calls or digital interactions.Troubleshoot Problems:
Identify hardware or software issues and provide effective solutions.Educate and Advise:
Use your experience and our guideline documentation to educate customers and ensure their technical issues are resolved.Share Insights:
Provide valuable input on recurring customer problems to our technical team.Collaborate:
Work closely with Team Leaders / CC managers and provide feedback for continual improvement.What You Need to Succeed:
Educational Background:
Diploma or degree in IT-related disciplines.Language Skills:
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin / Cantonese.Fresh Graduates Welcome:
