Job Responsibilities

1) To monitor factories\' performance and prepare technical reports for factories\' achievement, and liaise with all relevant factories\' stakeholder
2) To enhance manufacturing operation processes via various improvement projects in maximizing the production output and profits, through process improvement and cost control
3) To utilize analytical, statistical, and logical skills to collect, analyse, and interpret large data sets and convert into valuable business information
4) To design and develop functional specification and infrastructure for automation systems and communicate with all the stakeholder in system requirement and system development
5) Spearhead departmental group in their organization and coordination of their roles and responsibilities which involves project, people and resources management.
6) Manpower management and allocation including manpower optimization study and excess workers relocation in operation.
Requirements

7) Ensure timeline compliance of new and existing factories uplines progress including applying problem solving approach for various bottlenecks towards completion.

8) To be developed to be the project lead and main coordinator for cross departmental projects, solving bottlenecks of each party.

Job Requirements
1) Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or major in other related STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) fields
2) Good analytical and problem solving skills
3) Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
4) Good interpersonal and communication skills
5) Able to work well in cross-functional teams
