If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us Job Summary: To process trade transactions via TE2000 (Trade computerized system). Ensure documents are properly checked and authorized before submitting for approval (where applicable). To perform balancing, reconciliation, self-audit, housekeeping of reports and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Check, Verify, Process and Input trade transactions in TE2000. Examination of trade documents. Ensure accuracy of transactions and timelines for processing transactions are met. Ensure financing of trade transactions is in line with customer\'s nature of business. Liaise with HL Markets and customer regarding exchange rates/BA rates/ECOF. Help Desk for customers. Timely submission of reports. Tracking payments of outstanding bills. Ensure GL figures are reconciled regularly. Assist in auditing at customer premises for Summary Listing of Invoices (under BA). Monitoring past due bills. To ensure compliance with guidelines, procedures, policies etc. To be familiar with and have a working knowledge of all regulatory requirements e.g. UCP 600, Exchange Control etc. Carry out any duties as may be assigned by Head - TSC or team leader from time to time. Job Requirements: Candidate with at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent. Min 1 year of related experience in trade operations. Fresh Graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply, training will be provided. Possess knowledge of consumer banking products and services as well as regulations governing the consumer banking business and products will be an added advantage. Good written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people at different levels. Self-driven with high level of initiative and follow-through skills. Able to work independently as well as in a team. PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances. Applicants must be willing to work in Merbau Road, Miri.
