Job Description
We are looking for talents who is passionate in Data Analysis and Master in Numerical with knowledge of Airfreight Logistics. This role will embark a journey to be second gate way monitoring the ins and outs of the department productivity.
The responsibility as Executive, Trans-Audit are:
- The daily basis you are to process the MB Costing.
- Monitor and review various kind of reports as mentioned below to ensure performance are achieving the department/team target-result with accuracy.
+ HX Report
+ INTECON, INTIMP, INTSUP, & INTAS400 Report
+ UCF Report (adjustment)
+ ECON RUN Report (monthly)
- Preparation of ECON RUN on weekly basis.
- Monitor the accuracy of INTECON and INTAS400 Report, any error/misalignment are to be decline.
- Perform validation of Airline Billing and notify within the team any dispute.
- Close collaboration with the Product Capacity Manager Team to work on any raise dispute cases.
- Support any Ad-Hoc report monitoring require from the team.
- Possess bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance from reputable University or any relevant academic background.
- 1 years working experience in accounting & auditing background and those with logistics knowledge will be added advantages.
- Attribute requires: Details-Oriented (in Numerical), willingness to learn and persistence to strive for success.
- Skillset requires: Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Tech Savvy individual, great communication and presentation skill to upper management.
- This position will be based at Subang Jaya @ HQ Office.
