POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Execution of the project planning, tracking and coordination.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Responsible for coordinating programs activities. Support in the development of programmes to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. Develop budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals. Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Support in the development of new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. Conduct evaluation to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. Develop program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services. Work with a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. Provide project analytics to highlight status of progress and issues. Working on tactical related matters. Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve programme goals.

Ensuring success of transformation projects/programmes at entreprise or subsidiary/division level. Convincing and getting buy-in from internal and external stakeholders related to transformation projects. Facilitate and advise project leads on tactical matters.

Solid analytical skills. Ability to design, develop and deploy data collection methods. Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent active listening skills. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Problem solving and root cause identification skills. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Acute project management acumen and understanding of issues and challenges.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or any related technical or business discipline is required. Possession of a

Project Management certification

(e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is

an added advantage

Master's degree

in a relevant field will be considered an added advantage.

Relevant Industries

Degree with a minimum of

1-3 years' relevant experience

in project management, transformation, or related functions. Relevant industries include

aviation, infrastructure, construction, property development, transportation, consulting

, or

financial modeling for development planning

.

Knowledge of Project Management
