Job Description

1. To ensure company vehicle repair and maintenance on time and drive cost saving, effective, and ensure all maintenance compliance to management approved maintenance SOP. 2. Responsible for DPDC DOC, Broiler, Feed, and MFM trucks/forklift Repair & Maintenance and strictly compliance to Management approved SOP. 3. Responsible for truck/forklift maintenance issuance and record summary for monitoring purposes. 4. Responsible to drive cost saving in repair & maintenance, review vendor quotation and service quality evaluation regularly. 5. To lead all vehicles under to perform daily check the said vehicle to ensure vehicle in good condition. 6. Checking/verify spare part (original / local) condition and quality on site, get quotation before confirm repair. 7. Responsible to check repair & maintenance invoices for payment application, filling, and repair & maintenance expenses report preparation and analysis. 8. Attending emergency case, eg. truck breakdown on the road.
