Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing educational programs and modules that meet the organization's goals. This role involves identifying educational approaches, defining objectives and learning outcomes, determining assessment criteria, and creating comprehensive learning plans and instructional materials.
Identify Training Approaches:
Evaluate and select appropriate training methodologies and strategies that align with each situational needs.
Stay updated on current trends in the training industry.
Define Objectives and Learning Outcomes:
Collaborate with industries to identify their needs on required worker qualification and skill level to design a specialized training program.
Understand the goals of the program and translate them into clear, measurable objectives.
Develop detailed learning outcomes that reflect the desired skills, knowledge, and competencies of program participants.
Develop Modules/Courses:
Create and organize content for educational modules, courses, or programs, including instructional materials, multimedia resources, and assessments.
Ensure that all content is engaging, interactive, and accessible to all program participants.
Develop Training Plans:
Create detailed training plans that guide trainers in delivering content effectively, using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different training styles.
Provide support and resources for trainers to enhance their teaching practices.
Determine Assessment Criteria:
Design assessment tools and criteria to effectively measure student's progress and the achievement of learning outcomes.
Ensure that assessments are fair, valid, and aligned with the program's objectives.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
Proven experience in program development, instructional design, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of industry trends and educational methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in both Malay and English is required; proficiency in a third language is a plus and will be beneficial when collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in the education or training sector.
Knowledge of apprenticeship or vocational training programs.
Familiarity with curriculum development and instructional strategies for diverse program participants.
