Job Summary
Responsible in ensuring the Branch Underwriting activities support the business strategy to grow Business. Underwriting standards and processes are aligned with the company workflow. Collaborate with the Sales Teams and intermediaries to secure the business
Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Bond quotations.
• To provide guidance to clients, agents, and marketers on Bond documentation.
• Checking/ completing Bond documentation.
• Preparation of Bond Underwriting sheets, issuance of Bond which complete with stamping via system and manual guarantee once payment receive.
• Scanning Bond documents into FileNet
• Filling and arranging original Letter of Indemnity together with stamping receipt to HQ.
• To handle and follow up for policy issuance, pending cases and correspondence emails with HQ Bond department for those exceed Branch Mandate
• Arrange all necessary documents for Cash Collateral refund.
• Any other duties as and when deemed necessary

Requirements

• Candidate possess a Diploma/Degree
• Meticulous and good analytical skills
• Good time management skill
• Familiar with the use of ChatGPT
